Serial Connectivity for Risco ProSys V6/7

The following panels in the Risco range have been integrated ProSys 40 and 128

RS 485 Serial connection to all models
SPT Firmware V3.46 or greater.
Remote Manager V3.2.2.3 or greater
Requires Panel V6 or greater
Requires Risco V3.2.7.2 or greater

Please note Panel V8 doesn't currently integrate to WebWay.

Connect the WebWay PWR + and - to any relevant Power (+12V/+24V) and Ground (0V) terminals and a serial connection as follows,

Please ensure dip switch 7 on the webway SPT is set to the on position for all Risco panel integration's

Adding and setting up the ACM Module

1.     Go into Installer Mode: Press:  [*] [7] [#] Enter Installer or Grand Master code (or both as requested - depends on state of panel)

2.     Press:  [7] - to go to the Install Menu

3.     Press:  [1] - to enter the Add/Del Module Menu

Add a Module Keypad

4.     Press:  [9] - to select second selection of modules

Add a Module GSM

5.     Press:  [3] - to select ACM

 

6.     Press:  [Part Set] - to toggle selection

ACM Module  Type = ACM1

7.     Press:  [#] - to accept

 

8.     Press:  [*] repeatedly - to exit back to top menu

9.     Press:  [8] - to go to devices setup

10.   Press:  [#] - to enter ACM setup

11.   Press:  [#] - to go into ACM Params

13.   Enter the IP address for the Communicator (or 127.000.000.001 to use DHCP) using arrow keys and digits

14.   Press:  [#] - to accept

 

15.   Press:  [Omit] - (down cursor) to go to subnet mask

16.   Press:  [#] - to change subnet mask

Subnet IP Mask   255.255.255.000

17.   Enter the subnet mask for the Communicator using arrow keys and digits

18.   Press:  [#] - to accept

 

19.   Press:  [Omit] - (down cursor) to go to gateway IP

ACM Params    Gateway IP

20.   Press:  [#] - to change gateway IP

Gateway IP Addr   000.000.000.000

21.   Enter IP Address for the local network's default gateway (or 127.000.000.001 for  DHCP) using arrow keys & digits

22.   Press:  [#] - to accept

 

23.   Press:  [Omit] - (down cursor) to go to gateway IP

 

24.   Press:  [*] repeatedly - to exit back to top menu

33.   Enter 50561 (or other port number for gateway)

 

34.   Press:  [#] - to accept

 

35.   Press   [omit] - (down cursor) for ARC 2

 

36.   Repeat process for ARC 2 and ARC 3

37.   Press:  [*] - to exit back to main DigiCom menu
